Troubleshooting

If the video upload fails it can be caused by:

1) Missing information on the upload form You need to provide a title, description and at least one tag word for the video you are uploading.

2) You internet connections has been lost during the upload If your connection breaks during the upload process you may have to start again.

3) The file has been to large The files can be several hundreds of megabytes, but extremely large files can be hard.

4) The video has a strange format or codec Please try saving the video in to another format is possible.
