Floobs supports the following video formats: *.3gp;*.asf;*.avi;*.flv;*.mov;*.mp4;*.mpe;*.mpeg;*.mpg;*.rm;*.wmv

For maximum quality, you can use these setting for your videos:

Width = 480 px

Height = 360 px

Frames per Second = 25

AspectRatio = 4:3

Audio Sampling Rate = 22050 Hz

Audio Bit Rate = 32 kbps

Video Bit Rate = 600 kbps
